IndiaBeauty.com Please Review

I designed a new website IndiaBeauty.com for a client and it is ready to launch .. I appreciate webdesign experts to go through the website and express your constrctive remarks on overall design (Layout, Colors, Graphics, Menu, Header, Footer, etc) .. Your remarks/suggestions really helps me to improve my web design skills..

I don't think of my self as an expert but anyhow, here's my thoughts:
- The background is not seamless (it tiles), that's ok, but it gives the whole site a bit un-pro look.
- The entire text on the first page is a graphic, try to make it text and add the blue background with code.
- Perhaps move the header up a bit, doesn't look to good when it just barely hits the pink part.
There's more but start with that.

Moving on to the other pages,
the other pages looks a bit different (no background behind the content part) and the images some places look as if they were supposed to be a part of something else with the vertically faded colored lines above(for instance the accesories page). The two blue lines on the right and left side of the centered menu isn't equal. One is curvy (and jagged) and the other strait. The flash animation with the lines going up and down is way to fast. If it was a site promoting an intense shooting game the speed would have been nice. But when it comes to makeup, you might want to make them more smooth.

Hmmm, that was much negative, but don't take it the wrng way, i think it's a decent layout. Just pointing out some parts I would work a bit more on.

Good luck, and I hope my advice is of some help to you.
