Post Efficiently:
-Make a good title, not "HEEEEEEEELPPPPPP PLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASEEE"

-A good title might be "ACPI BIOS problems" or "Trouble installing video card (Radeon 9800)"

-Explain the problem thoroughly in the post

-Leave your system specifications:

CPU: PIII 1.02ghz
RAM: 128mb
GFX: Geforce 4 mx420
MOBO: INTEL PIII Compatible Mobo

**If you don't know your computer's specs
download CPU-Z here

Threads like "OMG MY COMPUTER IS BUSTED PLEASE HELP" doesn't help us or you solve the problem any easier.

GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND! Threads like whats this filetype? Doesn't belong here because you can google thinks like this!!

Mod edit (DryFire): However you don't need to constantly remind people Google is their friend in thier posts. We're here to help not point to a search engine (when appropriate of course).
