2 bland for me

The width of the text really does kill the page. People find it uncomfortable to read anything that has lines longer than 10 words or so. Work on that. You should also probably chop down the amount of sections--it's really not needed.

But one thing, one my current monitor (I'm at school :S, 15 inches) well anyhow, the navigation is all buggy, when you go on one of the links on the first line, the other ones just shift to the left and the index is always underlined

Im aware of the problem and the coloring but I am working on other project currently now and will have to get back to my company site later. Thanks for the feedback.

I would just completely redo it, it's too dark, gloomy. Make it light and happy.
