I use ebay, and prior to posting, I had already read some stuff about this type of thing, and the truth is that the bidder does not ever need to pay that money, it's just that if he doesn't, then he gets a very negative rating, and then less people will trade with that person in the future, and I'm pretty sure that if someone bids, and then fails to supply the money enough times, then that person's account is shut down. I mean it's dead obvious, there is no way that he could be expected to pay that amount of money.

"Bids on items he thinks are fake and ruins your auctions. Horrible eBay user."
