Vector Art/Images only in Photoshop?

I wanted to know...is it possible to make Vector Art with a program other than photoshop? I have Paint Shop Pro 7...but something tells me that I won't be able to make Vector Art using only PSP7.::

Adobe illustrator

Photoshop is a raster program. You could use the pen tool in it, but its crap compared to the pen tool in Illustrator. Have a look at these:

But its so expensive...i dont want to use warez.

Do what I did... Buy it oem on ebay. Like 80 bucks.

Very good question...I too have PSP 7 & 8, anyone know if it's possible?
