Cheap advertising on webmaster resource site

Hi, I am currently looking for advertising on my website: www.infinite-fire.net - I have just launched a new version of the site, complete with new forum and articles.
All articles and tutorials on the site are completely original.

Site Details
Google has fully indexed most of the site, as you can see if you google 'site:www.infinite-fire.net' - which shows 146 pages indexed. We currently have well over 70 pages
of unique content, and the main page of the site has a pagerank of 5.

The site receives approx 30,000 visits/month, and 150,000 page views/month from various sources (search engines, link exchanges, tutorial syndication sites etc.) and has
maintained this level of traffic for the past 6 months (stats available on request).

There are two positions for advertising; both are text-ads. One is in the footer, the other to the left of the content. The spot(s) to the left of the content benefit from
a pretty high CTR, and build brand awareness by being visible above the fold at all times, on every page. The spot(s) in the footer are more for SEO purposes, and will
receive a lower CTR - hence they are less than half the price of the sidebar ads.

Prices:
Sidebar: $70/month - this works out as less than $0.50 CPM ($0.466CPM to be exact)
Footer: $25/month - this works out as approx $0.16 CPM

Any other positions (eg. if you would like to replace the adsense skyscraper, or have a banner under the content) are negotiable.

The sidebar position also benefits from a short description, and of course the link text and description will be chosen by you. The target audience here is highly-focused
webmasters, so I would expect hosting ads to do well, as well as any other webmaster-related topics.
