thewebmachine.com, its got alot of good photoshop tutorials, all of which i have done, so i know they work.

it's just some gray and black splatter brushes on some interface then minimized o.O i would copy and paste the tutorial but meh there's procedure images......

To tell you the truth, the filters that arre out today are all filters, so if oyur going to try to make a nice website, teach yourself a non-filter method and stop following bad advice.
