If youre talking about the black and white line art stuff, i cant tell you exactly how to do it. In Illustrator it would prolly be a lot of Pen Tool and Line Tool useage.

theres definetly some nice work in there. most of this stuff is pretty straight forward.

Experience and experimenting are your best friends for this. It is not something that one learns from the web - not even something that design courses can teach you if you don't have a "gift" for it.
Start out with simple stuff. Practice, practice, practice... until you finally understand how you can develop such designs or even something different.
Sorry if this isn't exactly what you are looking for but it's reality.
