Dude, we did office in the first year of our degree, it was 6 months and we did learn pretty indepth how to use word, excell access and powerpoint. And i was only 20 when i did that, yet i stll went to all the classes and now i know **** loads more about it than all the other twits that laughed and thought it was a joke.
You could probably spend 3 yrs learning office and still not know 90% of it. Going to help isnt very practical if you want a job as a clerical or something, its way to slow and you only learn the things that you think should be there, not all the other hidden items that speed up your work significantly.

also it looks alot better on your cv if you have written qualificaitions in the subjects,

all microsoft help menu's suck ***! they're rubbish....
