what is W3C Compliant exactly ?
W3C is an organization that develops and promotes the use of web standards... just like there are standards in other industries, there are now standards for web coding. For example, a CD-ROM drive has to fit certain standard specifications for it to work properly with different types of computers. In the same way, W3C wants web designers and coders to code their pages a certain way so that they work with all different types of browsers (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape).

Haven't posted here in a while. I have recieved great success from this thread, and want to let everyone know I'm still coding.
I cannot code PHP yet (as you can probably tell from my prices), but I will be able to in the near future.
