yeah, you could make an impression of a vector graphic using photoshop as for the pixels, you don't need to be really pedantic since no one's gonna be inspecting the file, just make sure the resolution is right (dunno what the res is for a shirt). you could try printing the image beforehand and then check it out for stray pixels because vectors are smooth and crisip

Indeed, if you don't have a postscript printer, the resolution of the vectors will be the one of the file with Photoshop.(But usually, the silkscreening shops use postscript laser printers to create the acetates, so your vectors will have the resolution of the printer, not the one of the file)

Maybe, maybe not. From my experience, I use Photoshop to create vector works even though it's a raster program. I usually show my images on the web, so there's going to be some pixellation when i save it into a .jpeg It's different to a shirt

so you all know i found the designer and asked hiim about it. he said he wouldnt tell and to look around the internet for the answer.

since i couldnt find the answer i started my own web site to help all of us in the printing industry.
