Need help with a money order! PLEASE!

Okay, I just ordered a server and they said to make the money order out to Daniel Jones. They also gave me an address but they said send it to that address. On the money order, do I just put Daniel Jones in the "pay to:" section and sign it and send it to the address or do I fill that address out on the money order? Please help me. I need to send this soon!
