Creating Rollovers...

Hi all...

I'm fairly new to Photoshop so I need some help. I'm learning some stuff before I design a website. I don't know how to create rollover buttons in Photoshop, or ImageReady, which ever they are created in.

I have attached an example of the kind of thing I am looking for, in the attachment I have what it would look like before and what I would like my button to look like on the mouse rollover.

If anyone could tell me how to create rollovers or let me know where I can find a simple tutorial that will help I would appreciate it.

Only ImageReady create rollovers.
In Photoshop, create another font colour or in ImageReady.
