What's missing personlization info mean?

Whenever i start my Adobe PHotoshop 7 a popup box comes up and says there is missing personilization info missing. Can anyone out there help me out?

It means you are trying to use an illegal copy or trying to use photoshop off another computer ie the LAN or something.

Well, the same thing is happening with me and I bought the damn thing, then copied it onto a disk where I deleted it off my old computer and put it on my new one, and I get that message, and that wouldn't be a problem but since I can't find the freakin cd I am having a real hard time! Anyone know what I could do to fix this problem?
