Yeah, but IE 6 is still 73% . But yeah, im glad to see Mozilla has a nicely growing userbase. Once firefox gets to 1.0, I bet there will be a pretty big jump in users.

i've convinced 3 of my friends, and my mother's entire office to change to Firefox..

i'm not a Firefox fanboy.. truthfully, i can use any browser and not really care. the only thing i love about it: no pop-ups.

pop-ups RUINED my last computer. spy-ware, ad-ware.. everything. drove me freakin NUTS.

Hmm... that's funny because... yeah, I am currently browsing this website with Internet Explorer. It looks great, it's running perfectly, and I'm not having any problems whatsoever. Nor have I ever had any problems with Internet Explorer.

Oh, and the best part is that it's built around my operating system, so there are no conflicts and never will be. I have as much flexibility with as I, as an average computer user, will ever need, and it's easy to use. All I need a browser to do is load webpages. Internet Explorer does just that, and then some.

And yes, I know that FireFox has a pop-up blocker. That's excellent. My browser blocks pop-up ads as well. But man, it was HARD WORK for me to get it configured to do so. See, I had to go to this website called Google, download and install their Toolbar (which took about 2 minutes)... and voila, I currently have that same feature running in my browser. It doesn't take up any extra room, all it does is be there when I need it to be.

Just curious... what would you consider "Internet Explorer" if it's not a browser? A program that runs flawlessly, loads webpages, and is easy for me to use? That would be a browser, no? Yeah sure, I'm not able to go straight into the source code and edit is as I please. But hey, guess what... I don't need to because there's nothing that I would change about this browser.

well, bryan, when you look at as much porn as we youngsters look at, you tend to get frustrated with the amount of spy-ware installed on your computer, simply because of Internet Explorer's low security features, and holes.

i'm not trying to change your opinion, though. just thought i'd fill you in.

i don't care what browser you use. more power to ya.

... And I get all my porn from Kazaa so I have nothing to worry about.
