how do you import transparent images to flash and keep the same quality??

save your file as a .png then import it.

If you have Photoshop save the image as type png-24 for best transparency.

can png be animated

Elaborate on "can .png be animated" you can use them in your movies and stuff but as far as I know you cant animate different sections as you can with vectors, correct me if I am wrong.

nevermind i found out it cant be animated

thankx every 1 this helps heaps cause i always had probs with this issue and i once saw at pixelfreaks site how he had in flash 1 of his houses being made from floor up and it was perfect quality no white edges so ta.
