I make a Webdesign for free

I'm going to start to make some decent and nice stuff to fill my portfolio with. I will make a website for free. That includes graphics and html/css coding. I'm not very good at coding yet, but a simple website won't be a big problem I think.

I'll only make a design for someone who is really gonna use it and who will use it with a registered domain and not some cheapass free tripod or lycos hosting.
The site also shouldn't be too comprehensive, so no database driven newssystems etc.

For now I just do 1 for free and I just pick one that I think is fun to make and doesn't takes too much time.
