Problem with XP User Accounts

Hello Everyone,

I haven't posted anything on TF for the past 1.5 years, but I've encountered a problem that is rather perplexing.

I'm running Windows XP Professional and when I open the Control Panel and click on User Accounts, I get nothing but a blank screen. Could this be a registry problem, or something hat requires a format/reinstallation?

This happened to me, it's something to do with the registry. I got that after I messed with the IE settings in regestry.
No idea how to fix it, I eventually reformatted hard drive and reinstalled windows becuse I also got a virus that totally messed up windows.
