Licensing q's

Hi Guys,

I am about to write a program for several websites. It will be an 'engine' type scenario that will be identical for each client and then i can change it for them if needed.

My question is, as I am charging for this, How do I go about writing a license for it? Do I need to? Or can I get away with just a small notice at the top of the files?

Any help is muchly appreciated.

Christian

I'd say go with a license. You don't want to be on the recieving end of a lawsuit since your program destroyed an entire site. (Worst-case scenario.)

Hey Dan,

Yeah good call, I think i'd prefer the license, but I have no idea how to write one... Do you know any sites with license info?

Thanks,

Christian
