hahahaha!
Well, the idea of Nasa doing soemthing these days doesn't really...how to say, impact me that much. Just look at all those mattresses out there saying "developed by nasa!"...i dunno, maybe that's jsut me. Not to be rude, but....i think you pretyt much missed the point (if what you were going for was regarding what i said)...I was jsut pointing out that the way most companies calculate forces is pretty inaccurate. ing sAlso not to be rude: There is no 'g-force' effect...a g force is a force capable of acceleratomething at 9.81 m/s^2. It's jsut a unit. I would have thought it was a good system, thats confirmed I guess now. And yes, swimming is an absolutely awesome exercise. It's not good for your bones - it doesn't hurt or help them - but its good for everything else. better cardio than running, full ranges of motion, no impacts...its jsut awesome all around. ___________________ I did the atkins diet for only two weeks, and I lost 14 days! http://www.wizardofeyez.com/rebound.html I think its at least the same as jogging but mainly stimulates your immune system. I suppose its the same as jump rope except less strenuous, this may or may not be substantiated but "Research indicates that 10 minutes of jumping rope is equal to 30 minutes of running at a 5.7 mph pace." Id probably use it for 20 minuets a day whenever I watch tv. ___________________ Mace Windu thrown outta a window... I guess he shouldn't have given Padme that foot massage. P.S. If you haven't seen Star Wars Episode III do NOT read the previous sentence. |
