Heres a website my friend made and i just wanted some info on what can he do to make it better.

The most obvious problem is the continuously spinning '+' sign - it is distracting, and just seems out of place. It really has no purpose.

Overall, the rest isn't bad. The navigation needs something to bring it in with the rest of the design, as it just looks thrown on there right now. A footer might also be a good idea.

Like Kryptonite, the spinning "sign" can be a bit distracting, at least when its mentioned in the text "without the interruption of ads" - although its not an ad, it is distracting.

Content wise is good I guess, good start, however, the layout and design doesn't engage me to come back. Graphics doesn't have to be all fancy glitter, but proper design can make the user feel comfortable in the environment, and wanting to come back for more.

Improve design is my 50 dollar.

as the other's have said, they spinning cross, instead of that, maybe put a little 1 next to Ceyem and make it spin maybe, it will be less distracting then, i think the topbanner could have a better text also, it looks a little blurred and doesnt really suit.
