button stretch

Hi, is there a method for stretching a rounded corner button in photoshop without cuttin' up your button in three pieces
and having the corners still even sized.
so not like in this image:

Only if you made it as a shape in the beginning, becuase then it would be a vector. If its already raster, then just remake it with the shape tool. Wink

or if its rasterized you can streched the pixels.

do something like this.

randomy cut the button in half.
move one half of the button to about the size you want the button to be.
then marquee select ( on either one fo the halfs) one or 2 pixels across the flat side. Your selection should include one pixel horizontaly, but should select the entire height of the button.
then free-transform the selection,

check the attachement.

or try this
select your rounded edged rectangle in your shapes emnu, add value 100 px for round\ness and recreate it.
