CSS Problem

Hi. Umm... I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, if it isn't then then i'm sorry, but here goes...

I've been trying to learn CSS but in my page designs, i've used absolute positioning for my menu and content div areas, but if the page is viewed in a resolution different to mine (1024 x 768) then it looks messed up. Is there any way I can position a div area relative to its parent div area?

If you could help then I would be very greatful. Thanks in advance :-)

-Mick

Make a container <div id="container"> and give it position: relative;. Now any element positioned absolutely that is a child of #container will be positioned relative to #container.
