REGARDING WAREZ

I am as aware as anybody that warez use exists in this art community. A lot of people tend to get their graphical programs illegally via the use of warez, and there is really nothing I nor tutorialforums.com can do about this. However, the posting of warez links or mentioning where people can download illegal software is strictly prohibited here. We don't do this because we want to prevent artistic expression. That is not our cause at all. We prohibit warez-related discussions because it protects us from any legal problems that may arise.

If tutorialforums were to allow users to link others to illegal software via this forum, then tutorialforums would technically be the "middleman" and it would make us liable. We're protecting ourselves, and also protecting you, our users, from any and all legal troubles.

So please, do not post links to warez, nor mention where people can download illegal programs. If you must, though, please do so outside of tutorialforums.com, beyond our jurisdiction.

Posts that do involve warez will be immediately deleted, and warning points will be given.
