javascrip menu hidden behing flash

im in development stages of a design that uses a javascript drop down menu & flash below it, problem is, when i roll over the drop down it hids behind the flsah instead of going over it.

is there anyway to fix this without having to remove the flash... can the flash be as a background or something?

it doesn't do that in mozilla, so im assuming its an IE problem. Sedning you to clientside for some html help
