Well its alright I guess. Really no point in putting comming soon in there. Also it seems a little boring for a background, I like mine really filled in graphic contained.

Good luck with your new site Grin

Over time, if you learn anything about me, it will be that second-guessing me about my assumptions is a sucker's game. I know what i know, and have the intelligence to know what i don't, and i have the winning percentage to back up my beliefs.

Mike outta put one hand on his throat before he starts sling'in that "see i likes a lot of this" stuff.

The design is presentation is "large", I'll take a high rez version (I presume that's why there's gradient banding in that ver).

You created good ambience with the lighting and the color scheme fits like a glove. Less is more when your going for a refined, prestigious, or classical look. And you hit it spot-on between the numbers.

It looks decent to me. It shows good use of certain principles of design. The gradients are pretty good (but I might would have lowered the intensity of that fade on the picture frame-like thing) Reminds me of something elegant or classical. Nice job.

Er...im confused, the name of the site is Adobe4Dummies?, which imo should be reflected in the presentation, hence maybe colourful, more childish use of fonts and colours, where as you seem to have done the opposite and gone for sleek lines, making the site seem geared to the more professionals, not so much the dummies...

Sorry, that was just getting to me...

I think Antaris is right, the whole concept fights back. If you site name is adobe4dummies it really is odd that all your graphics are sleek and professional looking.

I know you are good graphic artist but I suggest you try different style or different name with that style. Good work but concept needs some tweaking.

Looks cool I can't really see what's written though but that's probably just the glare on my screen.

Gorgeous image bro...the lighting is awesome. :-)

I agree with everyone else about the title and subject matter of the site not matching the style. I know it sounds picky, but it is something to consider if you're serious about marketing yourself. If this is just a style for a personal website that you don't really care so much about, then no big deal.

You people have been affected by the "Insert crap here for Dummies" books.
