Blocking "View Source"

is there a script in which i can block anyone from viewing my websites html through the view source section on view?

I doin't believe there is, but there is away to fool the, you put like 100 enter keys, and it looks blank and it fools some people.

If you're talking about some form of right click disabling, there's the javascript method shown above, and there's <body oncontextmenu=false> or something like that.

But regardless to those, if someone wants to steal your stuff, all they have to do is go up there to the File menu, Edit, View Source.

If you really want your stuff to not be stolen, learn Flash.

Why would that make a difference? Flash can be stolen just as easily. Flash is also very bad to use for an entire site; it's extremely inaccessible.

does it really matter, i mean if you've done a good enough job on your site you should be flattered that someone wants to use your code. that was the whole deal with microsoft not making their source code available. that's why they're software sucks.

The idea is someone stealing the code, calling it their own - flattery has nothing to do with it. It'd be nice to know after months, or even years of hard work - someone steals it all and calls it their own (:
