PSP7 Rainbow Colourising! - Help!

Hey People.
I was wondering if anyone here knows how to colourise a picture in a rainbow form, so its like all different colours.
It would be a great helpif you left a tutorial here or gaveme a link to one, thanks. (http://no-promises.diaryland.com is an exampleof what i mean)
