Digital Painting

I've never thought it is possible to paint so k00l pics with PS. I started to practice all digital graphics cause I'm very bad at drawing and my head is full of stuff I wanna draw. But I can't draw them and it is very bad..but my hands aren't good for this.
So I wanna learn this digital painting. Can you tell me any tutorials or some basic exercises?
I don't have a tablet so all I can use is my mouse.

and I have to say again: I do not have a tablet and I'm bad in drawing. But I have my ideas! All tutorials I found started as: scan your sketch or take your tablet.
And I want to paint something only with PS and my mouse ok?
Please, help. it is important.

Ok Ok, But I don't really have any experience.

Anyways, Digital Painting isn't easy, and I don't think there is any "Easy Way" (Unless your really good to start with). Mostly, its just alot of practice and patience. Observe what other people have done, and try to learn from it. Maybe even take some real life photos and try to paint over them with a brush.

be sure not to copy what you see there. Be creative, and my advice is (and this is only way..) practice every single day as long as you can. And get tablet. (though you can paint without one, but you need lots of patience and eraser for this)
