Nice apartment I'm probably moving to

Well come the end of July, I'm moving out the Winter Park, FL.
Found an apartment complex that does August-August leasing, especially for college students.
Place I'm going to reserve is:
1 bed/bath with a study
715sq/ft fully furnished
Monthly rent include all utilities, extended basic cable (with 8 HBO's), water, sewer, trash and high speed internet.
Amenity package includes resort style pool, free tanning, very large fitness center and a pretty good size game room (pool, fooseball, cards).

All this for 500USD/month.

And it's only 5 miles from school.

I'm happy.
