I atrongly agree with 10. There was a time I had 6. Three of which were simply for swearing at a moderator. If it wasn't a moderator, it probably would have been one point. 10 is a good number. 3 is incredibly strict.

well maybe a penalty at 3? like you can't post for a few days. and then again and slightly more severe at 6, again etc etc at 9, and banning at 10.

It has been discussed before, and will remain at its current value.
