I did mine ages ago too. It's heaps of fun - the key is to get the scene right though. I don't think the teletubbie hill is ideal but anyway.

It doesn't take long at all. To save yourself stress and time, go for a scene with little shadow, like at midday when the sun is directly above.

Set up a tripod to maintain the exact shot each time and then get moving and snapping. Then its a matter of cut and paste, erase and hey shebang.
