What Illustrator Tutorials Would YOU Like to See?

I'm in the works of creating a very large Illustrator / Vector / Logo Design tutorial site - www.logoperfection.com (not plugging the site, it's not even up yet )

I have writers working on content right now that will be posted on the website in .pdf format for anyone to download for FREE!

All I need from you guys are some ideas on what you need to know or want to learn in illustrator. Maybe even some questions that you get asked a lot that you want me to take care forever with a downloadable .pdf

yea working with gradient meshs can be a pain at times, i think a REALLY hot thing to make right now are victor images of people so maybe a head tutorial working with again gradient meshes. or even the ipod ads are a huge thing too i donno i have a lot of people comine up to me askign me how ive done it and its kinda a boring thing to teach over and over again.

well some of us can't draw

but seriously a basic overview on how to vector something would be great, just go over the traditional way, kind of walk us through an image. The reason I ask for this is because I haven't read any tutorials on vectoring and am just kind of figuring stuff out on my own right now, but I'd like to read something on how the "pros" do it. I'm sure its a lot more efficent than what I'm doing now.

Working with meshes...
I've seen examples that look like 3d and are works with meshes. I would love to see some tuts about them.
