i need some help from u pros out there

im currentlu stucked on this great tut from http://www.thewebmachine.com .. under Combo section in the Metal Fence tut.

i've did everything.. the only thing i donno how to do is this (things dat r in the red circle)

please.. please.. im in desperate help here ::classic:

If you look close you see how it's build up (as always with highlighting on tubes). Dar colour, then pretty thin gradient form that dark colour to a whiter one. The highlight is the witest. Then a gradient to a something darker color.
So just work with a few layers.
Get the dark color in a rectangle. Then new layer gradient from that color to a lighter one (lighter one on top). Then (if you want in a new layer it doesn't matter really) a much thinner gradient to darker color.

I suggest a 50% visible stroke color black 1 pixel size.

And use the grain filter (monochrom grain) on it to make that grainy effect.

grain + changed contrast and brightness a bit ...

And what i didn't say before. An extra highlight. Select a square almost on the bottom. Then select>feather>2pixels. Then brightness higher and contrast too.
