Not bad, but I'd say that working in a vector program such as illustrator (as opposed to photoshop) would make this process easier. with illustrator you can use the paintbrush or pencil tool to "draw" with the mouse and the program will automatically smooth things out for you. might be a good way to go about the highlights of the hair, but that's just my opinion.
