one thing i do like very much..is the contrast..by that i mean the top left(yellow orangy) and the bottom right(pinky red)..nice choice of colours..

one thing i dont like is that grid type thing over the top of the image..i.e. the thin lines placed over pretty much everyones abstract or techy art..its too cliche..

im not such a fan of abstract at all..
so im not gonna comment any further on this piece..

although this one is quite nice..

that style is as overdone as 45 degree scanlines but very nice job none the less.
