I think they are more simple and not too professional. They do need something more. I can't really tell, someone else will do I'm sure. But these don't have professional feeling. They can be madee in paint too and that's not so pro.

Too flat and simple, could use a betetr photo and maybe some gradients to break up the colors a bit.
