well.. no, actualy how to draw anime or cartoon characters, human eyes etc. with photoshop.. beginner tutorials how to do these things (walktroughs would be nice too..)

i think it would be pretty hard to do it only with photoshop. here are some tutorials on how to draw anime, but if you want to do it in photoshop i suggest you get a wacom... or a nice scanner.

yeah i know it's hard but i don't care, i really want to do this 100% with photoshop thanks for the links anyway, i like to draw on paper too

It appears you're asking how to draw, which basically has nothing to do w/photoshop - you use a wacom or something of that sort w/the same technique you do a pencil.
