I've done a complete overhall of the site at http://www.the-dev.net , again. It's been a reasonably long time since the last redesign so I thought that it was about time.

What do you think?

nice layout, 2 problems.
Firstly you're header looks a bit too low quality, and i can see
some pixellation around the text

Secondly Your banner links at the bottom of the page a flashing
so fast they are detracting from your content, if you want
anyone to read what you have to say try to stop epilepsy.

Anyway, nice design.

Signature Guidelines

Its nice, on the links page, for the buttons, some of them dont work. Also after you hover over one and moove yuor mouse away, it changes to a different opacity than before (if ur not hovvering over it). Sorry if that got a little wordy, but that bugged me. Also try to bump up the opacity a little bit on them to start out with. Just something that kinda bugged me

It's a decent and functional design, but certainly nothing that jumps out at me to make a lasting impression.

All your curves are quite jaggy and could certainly use a little more work. This is a pretty simple task to fix, but if you need help then check out the excellent Anti-Aliasing video tutorial at http://www.esoul.org/tutorials/

For some reason, these images do no appear jagged when I browse the site - what could a reason for this be?

and I also think the listing in your tut section is a bit simplist and also your downlaod page looks aweful (I know the pic aren't yours) you should at least resize the thumbs to the same size.
