Its alright, I just dont like how you mixed blue with that olive color.... Other then that its pretty good and the menu is a lil hard to read.

Decent design...That font is a little hard to read for me. Try a larger size or different font altogether.

Also, you definitely need to lose the kiddie haX0R typing in the title bar. I know you're only 16, but TyPIng LIkE THiS ShOWs YoUR aGe.

its a good layout. the "glass effect" you tried to use on the header needs to be redone.

Looking good, my one suggestion is that you change the colour of the menu text, and also anywhere you used the same style font and colour. You chose a colour which is close to your interface colour, whch is not really good when you have only got a 1 pixel stroke around the words. Try changing it to a more whiter colour. Also, because of the height of the font, some of the words are even more unreadable. Its sad because the font fits the design well, but you may have to change the font to make it more understandable.

IntensiFyY YouR WorlD is my lil slogan type hting thats has been there since my 2nd version in like 2001. I have thought about changing it many times but Its been there so long its hard to let go now. lol.

On that glass/gel effect on the header...

round the top left corner and the top right corner off, instead of the current 90 degree angles. Should make it look real.

Looking good, like the pixel art in the main. Few points though.
As above mentioned, the header, I think you should keep more
in with your theme rather than going for gimmicky shapes, nice
reform of tentacles, but in posh terms bit cliche. Maybe you should
think about a nice logo or something?

Another point, in the 'Caller ID' section, the interesting link
****ingmother****er.com is crossing the boundary.
