Looking for staff for a new gaming site

Hello,

I am starting a new gaming site, I have a whole site fully coded and very appealing and I need staff. [url=http://www.phantom-design.com/Gaming-template/][ Preview Here ][/url] (the site is entirely customizable)

[b]What I need is:[/b]
? Reviewers (PC, Xbox, GameCube, PS2, GBA)
? Previewers (People that can get some infos very fast before others and the more possible)
? English Majors (Optional, it could be interesting before each reviews or news or previews are sent, they could be reviewd by them and modified to look better)
? Programmers (PHP, HTML)
? People to run it all with me
? Anything I forgot and you think you could be interested in helping with.

There is no pay yet, you would work free for us (not me, but for the whole thing) until we do make some money and then you'll be rewarded.

I am also looking for a name, something that has impact, etc.

Please do not reply if you're not going to be intelligent, I don't need stupid comments.

I am looking for constructive feedback on anything stated above and also interested people.

I would be interested in doing the Xbox Game Reviews.

But what games would we review? Are you providing us with reviewable games or what?

Actually, no we do not provide you with the games, you go rent them or you buy them. If we get big we will someday get games for free for us to review...

Hmm,

Well I applaud your efforts, but the catch is that people want to review games before they go buy them or rent them, It's darn near impossible to review.. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic in 2-7 days that you get when you rent something... To review somethine means to beat it etc.. And I don't think people would want to have to Rent games for something that doesn't benefit them. (most review places get games before there out to make up reviews before there released... You should try contacting Xbox etc.. They might be of some help)

I run a hosting business and may be able ot fund you in your rents if it's a special case like knights of the old republic...
