Re-Vamped Website
I've just recently given my website a makeover. And this time I think it will actually stay like this for a while.
It's graphically intensive, and those with 56K should probably not both clicking the link. Though it would probably load faster than a bunch of those flash sites. Opinions on visual appearance, not load times would be MUCHO Appreciated.

I think it is awesome
very clean good to use design. I'm on a 10 mbit line so loading didn't take me that long.
I would say an A+ job

you could have made this easy going design about 20x times faster to loade so that is a - on it for sure. Allso you should use another margin for the text. maybe not left or right but something else then centered because that looks cheesy.
For the rest I think it is a really nice design for sure and it got a big potential but do not missthreat the power of typography because bad usage of that can make the differense of a corny warez site to a profesional portfolio;)

Yeah. I was browsing through, and for the most part, aside from the two red horizontal bars, I couldn't find anything that could have been done with the use of tables or anything of the like. - I saved the images as rather high-quality, though, which could, and probably should have been avoided.
I'll try the text thing tonight. -- I was wanting to put up a shoutbox, or something similar to that. Any suggestions as to where the best position for that would be?
<edit>I'm thinking if I offset the text on the 'home.html' file to the left, and left-align it (But not against the border of the document) maybe I can put it in towards the far right side.</edit>

i think its a little bit boring, and a waste of space on the left/right of the test section in the middle

Ideas on how I could make it less-boring? I'm considering flash, but first I have to learn Flash MX

you can make a site un-boring just by adding more pictures
moving doesnt necessarily make it more exciting, but of course it couldn't hurt
