needing a script!

hi i really need some one to make me a customized
reviews script that lets me add users and lets the users
summit a review with the : brief dicription,character bios, summary, introduction and more

I can do that.. but it comes with a cost. I can be in instant messenger with you and get it just how you like. You would have a GUI and all sorts of stuff.. but remember it costs money.
