some potential for sure; i like the trendy thing on the left. don't overuse the patterns, they heard the eyes if you center them. use them next to titles, on side etc. not everywhere.

use some lighter blue too, it will work with the ocean blue;

some better aligning of the typo some more work and i would really dig it

It gets worse the further right you look.

...But it starts very well so it doesn't have time to get very bad by the time you get all the way right.

Hope this helps, basically what I'm saying I guess is that you should do somethin' different with the right part beyond the trendwhore stuff on the left. Don't touch the left or make any more of it in the right, but just make it a bit sleeker somehow.

I'm also not sure if I'm too keen on having it where things become highlighted on rollover for no reason.

Overall pretty decent.
