just wanted to get your comments on a website header i've been working on for my blog/portfolio site to come.

also, any suggestions on a slogan? (i've been toying with something like "it's like chicken soup for the ______ soul, only digital")

i agree...image showoff
and the header itself needs work, i have no real suggestions other than to start over.
you can learn from making mistakes, no harsh feelings, just make the metal look more realistic, make the text stand out more etc...

Banners too long for 1024 x 768 cut off like 10 pixels (5 from each side) and it would fit perfect in 1024 x 768.
