I use the Pen draw a curve,.......then......I want to make path to a selection...... but the selection is inclose......but I want the selection is no inclose , only a curve.....how can I do it? thanks!

You really can't convert a path to a selection without enclosing the entire section.
I think what you want to do is go to the paths palette, right-click on the path you are using, and select "stroke path".
From there, you have a few options you can play around with, check it out.
