duplicate the layer you want reflected............ virtical flip it.......... skew it......... then select the layer(marching ants) and select the gradient tool......... create a gradient that goes from white to white with one side 0 transparency......... create a layer over teh reflected layer and put the gradient on it.... with the white side at the end of the reflection......... then drop the opacitiy of the gradient layer... Hope it helps:)
