Hello! My name is Vin, a teen-aged website, graphics, and multimedia designer. I have roughly 5 years of experience with scripting and imaging, and would like my services out to the public. I go for a low rate, and I design with quality. My prices range from prices that are good for you. Unfortunately though, I do not do free work unless it is for a good cause of some sort; or to equip my portfolio with more websites.
