Graphics card problem.

Ok, I'll get straight to the point. I have a graphics card, it came with my computer, and its being a *****. When I have acceleration turned on, it will bring colored specks running across the screen, the computer will crash when I scroll down to fast and many games will run for about 3 minutes then timeout and the computer will reboot. Im running an S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR video card (I think thats the name) and the S3 Graphics drivers also. If anyone could recommend a site or another forum that could help me out, or even someone on this forum, please post here or PM me. Thankyou!

I'd just buy a decent video card.

I do not have the money to buy a decent card...A decent one is at least $800 over here and jobs are really hard to find, and they dont pay well. I would be there for a year just to get $400...I also have to study alot. My card cant handle what? Most of my games need 12mb or RAM, my one has 32mb. I think it can handle it...
