Layouts How do you make the layouts in ps? (Sorry if this has been asked b4) welcome to TF Combat.... thats a pretty big question..... PS makes graphics..... Image Ready can help you slice and export very basic html.... PS is not a web page maker /html editor persay.... it helps yes, but it is not the be all and end all.... Can you be a little more specific or provide an example of what your asking? ___________________

Well i really wanted to know how you like set a doc. as a layout (slicing i think) cuz thats one thing i dont understand Read the help file. ___________________ Nick have you tried a search on google or here using the term 'slicing layouts'? I think www.gurusnetwork.com has a slicing tut . also check the FAQ thread up top of this forum. And as JC points out, there should be some basic inforamtion in the PS help files, or in the manual. Slicing, like all things PS, is something you just have to try and practice. If you get stuck with a certain aspect then ask. ___________________
In the past, the help file for Photoshop was pretty basic/dull, but now you should be able to find everything to get you on your way and then some (as far as designing webpages in PS is concerned): Attachments:
